Our Health & Wellness programs provide opportunities for kids and teens to enhance relationships with themselves and others, regulate emotions and solve problems.

Programs such as "Healthy Habits" focus on positive health and nutrition messaging as well as helping kids recognize, consider, and practice healthy behaviors.

84% of our club members 9 and older get at least 1 hour of physical activity 5 or more days a week.
